Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience managing luxury/Class A multifamily apartment communities , including new construction lease-up properties . The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully leading lease-up efforts, driving occupancy and financial performance, and delivering an exceptional resident experience. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
