Job Description: DUTIES and SPECIFICATIONS: The Make Ready Technician responsibilities shall include but not be limited to: • Complete all make-ready tasks within established timeframes to minimize vacancy loss. • Perform all necessary repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and flooring repairs. • Ensure all appliances are operational and in good condition. • Change locks and install lockboxes, alarms in newly vacant homes. • Monitor when supplies are needed and work with the Maintenance Supervisor to fulfill orders. • Conduct a thorough inspection of each unit to identify any additional repairs or maintenance needed. • Communicate and coordinate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient workflow.…
