About this role

Stellenbeschreibung Als AI Product Owner (m/w/d) – Conversational AI übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Conversational-AI-Lösungen – von der Anforderung bis zum produktiven Betrieb. Du steuerst interdisziplinäre Teams agil, priorisierst Backlog und Roadmap und triffst datenbasierte Produktentscheidungen. Gleichzeitig bringst Du das technische Rüstzeug mit, um selbst Hand anzulegen: Du arbeitest sicher mit Azure, Git und modernen AI-Coding-Tools wie Claude Code, verstehst Code in ausreichendem Maß, um mit Entwicklerteams auf Augenhöhe zu sprechen, und kannst KI-Tools und Prototypen eigenständig hosten und produktiv setzen.
