About this role
The Account Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day service to a specified group of clients / associates; this includes employee-support as needed. They build and maintain strong on-going relationships within the specified group of clients while ensuring the proper and effective ongoing management of an assigned block of business. Account Executives manage an assigned block of business with relation to the performance of the program based on plan design and financial arrangements, and ensure strategies are in-place for the plan sponsor to contain their costs, mitigate their risk, and make the best use of tools within the income tax act.
