About this role
The Campus Support Coordinator is a key point of contact on the Ontario Tech Campus. They are responsible fore delivering member services, carrying out engagement activities, and liaising with partners and stake holders. This position will be on site, 5 days a week at the Ontario Tech Campus located at 40 Founders Dr, Oshawa, ON. The Campus Support Coordinator will deliver high-quality service and support across multiple channels, ensuring resolution of all incoming inquiries, adherence to service protocols, and a positive member experience. The Campus Support Coordinator will: Respond to member non-claim inquiries via walk-in, phone, email/case, and chat; resolve issues within SLA. Educate members on insurance, wellness, preferred providers, and other programs offered.…
