Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Bonding Mill Helper assists a Bonding Mill Operator in meeting the department’s goals by performing machine set-up, maintaining quality standards, meeting daily production targets, and troubleshooting equipment when required. Responsibilities Responsible for coil handling which involves removing coils from skids, loading coals to the payoff, and measuring gauge and width of the material with measuring devices. Assist with the set-up of a designated Bonding Mill following process sheets, setting machine parameters, and using lubrication. Assist with machine adjustments and set-ups to reduce thicknesses, reshape products, and eliminate product defects.…
