Job Description: Essential Responsibilities/Activities: Prepare accurate shipping reports for Accounting on a daily basis. Must look up freight costs on e-shipping for each order. Heavy data entry required on daily basis. Accuracy of data is critical. Must professionally communicate via telephone and e-mail with internal and external customers. Job duties must be performed at the facility. Must possess analytical problem-solving abilities. Accurate sorting and filing of documents is required. Establish and follow processes to ensure correct paperwork is completed timely and per shipping requirements. Must be detail-oriented and accurate with forms and numbers. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and initiative in dealing with shipping paperwork.…
