Job Description: The Manager, Facility Operations oversees the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of AAON’s multi‑building manufacturing and office campuses. This role ensures that all facilities—including production areas, warehouses, grounds, interior spaces, overhead doors, and material‑handling structures—are properly maintained to support AAON’s high‑volume HVAC manufacturing operations. Primary Duties Leads daily facility operations across multiple AAON buildings, including manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments.
