About this role

Fleet Incharge Responsibilities 1. Daily Fleet Operations · Assign transport orders to drivers based on location, load type, and working hours. · Optimize routes and minimize empty kilometers using Wialon/Geotab fleet platforms. · Live-track all trucks and resolve urgent issues: breakdowns, checkpoints, and delays. · Ensure driver compliance with TGA working/rest hour regulations. 2. Cost Control & Efficiency Monitoring · Monitor daily diesel consumption per truck via FLS sensor and issue deviation reports. · Analyze causes of high fuel consumption and coach underperforming drivers. · Schedule preventive maintenance for each truck based on mileage to avoid breakdowns. · Track tire life, oil, and filters to reduce unplanned maintenance costs. 3.…
