Procurement Manager

Job Summary: The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end procurement activities on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services. This role manages the full procurement cycle, vendor pre-qualification, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract award, while ensuring alignment with project specifications, budgets, and delivery schedules. The Procurement Manager works closely with Engineering, Project Controls, and QA/QC teams to secure long-lead items and critical equipment without compromising project timelines and manages a procurement team and vendor base capable of supporting project execution at scale.…
