About this role

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Production Engineer acts as a technical resource for Operations personnel in the plant. This role is responsible for applying technical skills to optimize plant operations, resolve technical and operational problems, and enable the safe, efficient, reliable and compliant production of quality products. The Production Engineer must drive effective change implementation and sustained gains through strong collaboration across all site teams (Maintenance, Quality, HSE) with a focus on Lean and Continuous Improvement.
