About this role

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the daily production operations on a designated shift or unit within the chemical plant. This role ensures that manufacturing processes adhere to procedures/work instructions, safety standards, quality specifications, production schedules, and cost objectives. The supervisor leads and mentors a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety compliance.
