About this role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Crew Planner – Rostering to join our Workforce Management team based at our Auckland Airport Campus. This is a 12-month parental leave cover. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our crew are rostered effectively to support a safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll balance operational requirements, contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and commercial considerations to deliver optimal crew rosters.
