Job Purpose: To supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring that all systems and facilities operate efficiently and safely. The role includes overseeing technicians, managing work schedules, handling emergency repairs, and coordinating with suppliers for materials and services. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the maintenance team and assign tasks according to work priorities and staff availability. Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems. Respond quickly to emergency issues and coordinate fast, effective solutions. Ensure maintenance work meets quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials; request purchases when needed.…
