SALARY $48,671.20 - $60,839.00 JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, this position directs and coordinates administrative functions for the Athletics Division. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist in planning, assisting, coordinating, and evaluating of outdoor and indoor youth and adult athletic programs on a community wide basis. Create and maintain athletic schedules on a web-based application and operate the software registration system for the purposes of registration, rentals, reports, and revenue management Purchase a variety of supplies and materials. Assist in the preparation of the division’s budget through analysis considering historical and projected costs of athletic programs offered and to ensure a cost effective program is maintained.…
