About the Role At ARX Robotics, hardware isn't a support function—it's the foundation of everything we build. As a Mechanical Design Engineer on our R&D team, you will help drive the full design lifecycle, from early concepts and 3D models through to prototyping, testing, and production readiness. The systems you help build will be used by military forces and first responders across Europe. This is a hands-on role where your engineering decisions carry real weight. You will contribute to architectural choices, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with a team that moves fast and values quality over bureaucracy.
