Virtual Assistant – eBay & Whatnot Listings

Company Overview The client has been a full-time reseller of toys and collectibles for 6–7 years, operating primarily on eBay with Whatnot as a secondary platform. The business focuses on hard goods — mostly action figures and collectibles (e.g. Marvel Legends) — and has been steadily growing. It has largely been a one-person operation, with occasional help from the owner's wife. Role Overview As inventory volume has grown, the owner can no longer keep up with creating listings at the pace he'd like. He's looking for a Virtual Assistant to take the listing-drafting work off his plate: turning product photos into ready-to-review listing drafts on eBay and Whatnot, so he can focus on sourcing, fulfillment, and growing the business.…
