About this role
- Checking tax-free forms for completeness in accordance with tax law and Global Blue guidelines. - Refunding the payment amount in accordance with Global Blue guidelines, including checking travellers' eligibility for tax refunds. - Using necessary internal user software for communication and refunding the payment amount, such as Refund Manual, Refund Software REX, Security Manual, Instruction Manual (technical user manual REX) and MS Office. - Processing of cash and cashless transactions for customers in accordance with Global Blue guidelines - Fraud prevention and security measures in cooperation with the responsible Refund Manager / Airport Manager.
