Position Summary Remittance Representatives support several front-line work types within the Claim Submission and Financial Processing Services organization. The role is primarily responsible for processing incoming healthcare payments in preparation for depositing and processing outbound paper claim submissions on behalf of our clients. Most Representatives begin in our Document Handling area, where we process roughly 50,000 client payments, EOBs, and correspondence — plus thousands of outbound claims — each day. While Document Handling is the typical starting point, we sometimes hire directly into other areas within the department based on business need.…
