Job Overview AvidXchange and its Bank Partners deliver AP Automation solutions to their shared clients; supporting efficiency, digitization and strategic value enhancement through a white-glove servicing model. As an Account Manager at AvidXchange, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with Bank Partners and their existing clients utilizing our AP Automation services. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption, satisfaction, and growth of our automation solutions, partnering with internal teams to optimize the customer experience.
