We are currently seeking Supply Chain Attorneys to work with our clients at some of the world’s largest automotive, retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies.
The ideal candidate will be attorneys experienced in advising supply chain, manufacturing and operations teams on commercial matters involving suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and logistics providers. Experience may include supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, contract manufacturing, distribution agreements, purchase terms, warehousing, transportation/logistics agreements, supplier disputes and supply continuity matters.
