About this role

AYANA Hospitality is a luxury hospitality company seeking a Guest Relation Officer (BOAT) for our AYANA Komodo resort. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and energetic team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Guest Relation Officer is responsible for providing guests with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Responsibilities Greet passengers/guests during boarding and disembarking, provide orientation and answer queries regarding boat facilities, safety, and itinerary.
