Bilingual Student Success Coordinator

Job Description: Reports To: Program Manager Position Summary The Bilingual Success Coordinator supports students in an Expanded Learning Program by coordinating tutoring, academic support, enrichment activities, and student engagement. This role works closely with students, families, tutors, school-day staff, and program leadership to help middle school students build academic skills, confidence, positive relationships, and school success. The ideal candidate is organized, student-centered, and passionate about youth development, equity, and supporting middle school learners.
