Job Description: Reports To: Senior Program Manager Employment Type: Full-Time / Exempt Work Location: School-Based Community School and Beacon Site Purpose: Expanded learning programs are structured educational opportunities that occur outside the traditional school day, combining academic support, enrichment activities, and skill-building to enhance students’ overall learning and development. The Beacon Director is responsible for providing strong leadership, as well as possessing knowledge, fiscal, and administrative skills to support and manage their site.
