IT Asset Management Analyst

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring an IT Asset Management Analyst for our Digital Workplace Services Team ! In this role, you will play a critical role in managing the lifecycle of the organization's IT assets, ensuring hardware and related technology assets are accurately tracked, maintained, and optimized throughout their lifecycle. You'll support the administration of asset inventory within ServiceNow, assist with procurement activities for laptops, monitors, and equipment, coordinate hardware refresh and upgrade projects, and help maintain controls that support audit readiness and compliance.
