In this role, you will help ensure the stability and reliability of critical enterprise systems by monitoring production environments, supporting scheduled and unscheduled batch processing, responding to operational alerts, and performing first-level incident triage and remediation. You'll be part of a collaborative operations team responsible for monitoring system health, troubleshooting failed jobs and operational exceptions, supporting workload scheduling requests, and helping resolve issues that impact business-critical services.…
