The Regional HR Business Partner (RHRBP) is responsible for driving a one Belk culture through the planning and execution of all human resource activities and oversees execution within their assigned stores. Attracting, investing and retaining talent by elevating the candidate experience, providing feedback, coaching and engagement. Simplify and streamline processes, programs and workflow including role clarity in the stores. Essential Functions: Talent Management Support human resources activities at the store level through recruiting, training, effective on-boarding, coaching, counseling, resolving problems and change management.
