Summary The primary purpose of the Community/Retail Pharmacy Technician is to assist the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager with serving customers and maintaining the Community Pharmacy at Baptist Health. This position requires taking responsibility within appropriate guidelines under the supervision of the pharmacist for many of the medication preparation and distribution duties. The Community Pharmacy Technician will assist the Community Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacists in prescription fulfillment, playing a key role in pharmacy operations and providing excellent patient service. The Community Pharmacy Technician functions in a multi-skilled environment, which requires the application of teamwork, leadership and flexibility.…
