About the Role Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Financial Edge NXT team. In this role, you will define product strategy, lead customer discovery, and drive the delivery of innovative SaaS and AI-powered capabilities that simplify complex financial workflows for nonprofit organizations. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Customer Success to identify customer problems, validate solutions, and deliver intelligent, data-driven experiences that create measurable customer and business value.
