About this role

O time de Aquisição é responsável por acelerar o crescimento de nova receita da Blip no segmento SMB. Como Coordenador(a) de Aquisição, você será responsável por liderar 2 BDRs e o time de Inside Sales, garantindo a performance de todo o funil, da prospecção ao fechamento. Seu papel será conectar pessoas, estratégia, pipeline e receita, garantindo uma operação comercial previsível, eficiente e orientada por dados. Mais do que acompanhar resultados, esperamos que você identifique gargalos, desenvolva o time e transforme dados em ações que aumentem a geração e conversão de receita. Não buscamos apenas alguém que saiba gerenciar vendedores, buscamos uma liderança que entenda o funil inteiro, desenvolva BDRs e Inside Sales e também tenha força comercial para estar na frente do cliente.…
