A Blip busca um Staff AI Engineer com perfil de Engenheiro e Pesquisador em IA com forte orientação a impacto no negócio. Sua missão principal é liderar a pesquisa aplicada e o ciclo completo de Aprendizado de Máquina com foco em Modelos de Linguagem na Diretoria de Inteligência Artificial: desde a identificação e diagnóstico do problema, coleta e curadoria de dados, criação, fine-tuning e destilação de modelos, até a disponibilização, operação, monitoramento e evolução contínua em produção.
