Milyen izgalmas kihívások várnak Rád nálunk? Új, elektromos autókba épülő termékünk gyártásában veszel majd részt. A vállalati irányelvek alapján irányítod a szervezeti egységbe tartozó munkatársak munkáját. Biztosítod a szervezeti egység céljainak elérését, a minőségi-, mennyiségi- és költségcélok betartását. Ellátod a vezetői feladatokat: munkatársak kiválasztása, munkaszervezés, munkafegyelem fenntartása, rendszeres teljesítményértékelés, motiváció. Nyomon követed a munkavállalók kompetenciaszintjét és biztosítod a fejlesztésüket. Kapcsolatot tartasz a logisztikai szervezettel az anyagáramlás, valamint a ki- és beszállítás kapcsán.
