About this role

Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Problem Solving Expert (Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence) to drive strategic improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead complex problem-solving activities, improve product quality and operational performance, develop organizational capabilities, and support business growth through the deployment of world-class Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Shainin Red X, and Root Cause Analysis. Requirements Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
