About this role
While our robots are out in the world performing complex tasks, our Service and Support team needs a sophisticated, high-performance toolkit to monitor, diagnose, and maintain them. As a Full Stack Software Engineer , you will design and build a centralized Knowledge Base and a suite of Internal Tools that bridge the gap between raw robotic telemetry and actionable human insights. You will work closely with stakeholders in all aspects of the product development cycle to ensure field facing teams have the information they need when they need it.
