Job Summary: In a career as an Inpatient Pharmacist, you join us in providing life-changing care to patients from across the region. In this role, you will ensure safe, accurate and appropriate use of medications. Evaluate prescribers' orders for dosing, allergies and contraindications. Participate in medication ordering, preparation, dispensing, and outcome assessment. Schedule: Full-Time, Shifts will be day and evening shifts 6am-4:30pm or 11:30am-10pm, and every fourth weekend 7am-7pm. 1 minor and 1 major holiday. Locations: West Hospital MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Improves patient care by managing drug therapy according to the patient population served.
