Supervises a team of training professionals and collaborates with organizational leaders to develop a comprehensive training program that aligns with the strategic goals of the organization. Designs and conducts training. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Supervises a team of training professionals; develops and implements strategic internal training plans. Collaborates with Youth Care, Hospital, and Support Services leaders and educators; identifies and brings key players and concerned parties together to make training decisions and resolve issues.
