Duties and Responsibilities: Customer contacts: - Act as the first customer contact person to handle customer requests, concerning orders management such as forecast, price, lead time, order status (tracking), and provide feedback to the relevant sales representatives regarding order status and/or changes. Order processing: - Process customer orders (sample incl.)/ changes according to established department policies / procedures after confirming the stock availability and customer product allocation, logistic availability, communicate with customer on relevant information, e.g. delivery schedules and product availability and coordinate with logistics and finance personnel, Process customer returns according to established policies/procedures.…
