About this role

职务：物流专员 / Logistics Specialist 直属主管：物流经理职位设置目的：负责执行公司从订单到运输交付的全过程工作内容，产品类型包括但不限于：公司采购、生产制造、贸易等业务过程中的原材料、产成品等，业务流程包括操作制造资源系统(SAP)和道路运输管理系统(TMS),将既定的发货单依据业务需求派发给相应的物流运输服务商，执行运输交付任务，同时负责运输服务考核与运输费用的核准和申请。主要职责： 1. 依据制造资源系统(SAP)中由客服部门创建的外向交货单(OBD)或由采购部门创建的内向交货单(IBD)，将有需要执行运输交付任务的各类型交货单导入至道路运输管理系统(TMS)中； 2. 在TMS中依据产品包装形态、危险等级、路线分配等因素将须执行运输任务的外向交货单(OBD)或内向交货单(IBD)派发至相应的物流运输服务商和对应的出货仓库； 3. 与相应部门沟通发货文件的准备、收集、整理，并给到物流运输服务商和仓库； 4. 运输交付状态的跟踪和反馈; 5. 制造资源系统(SAP)和道路运输管理系统(TMS)中必要的系统操作； 6. 运输服务商的主要业务指标(KPI)的统计记录分析； 7. 运输服务商的签收回单管理及费用核准和申请 8. 客户投诉处理； 9.…
