Job Description: The Assistant Director, Sarah Doyle Center for Women and Gender (SDC) coordinates and implements programs at the SDC with guidance from the Director. This position hires, trains, and supervises the SDC undergraduate student coordinators and the Disability Student Justice Student Initiative (DJSI) graduate student and undergraduate student coordinators. This position also provides support and mentorship for the Gender and Sexuality Peer Counselors (GSPCs). The Assistant Director manages SDC events and programs throughout the year, including orientation events, open houses, and programs for Women’s History Series and manages the DJSI program. In addition, this position collaborates with other student centers in organizing annual events such as International Women’s Day.…
