About this role

Job Purpose: BTIG seeks a hands-on Software Development Engineer in TEST (SDET) in Technology Quality Management team to generate, execute, debug, and maintain automated tests across critical workflows. Reporting to the Head of QA, you will own test suites, improve reliability, investigate failures, and provide clear quality evidence to support daily engineering decisions. You will work on a lean, hands-on team where ownership, judgment, and follow-through matter. You will also work with and improve OpenCode-based skills and frameworks that accelerate test engineering workflows. Prior hands-on experience with terminal/TUI agentic tools applied to real test engineering is required.…
