About this role
We are looking for an AI Tech Lead with experience leading engineering teams and designing AI solutions in cloud environments. This role combines technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on engineering to drive the delivery of scalable, production-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary engineering squad, defining development standards, and promoting best practices across projects focused primarily on Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
