About this role
We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Platform Operations Engineer to join a global support organization responsible for Level 3 platform operations and support. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, availability, performance, and continuous improvement of the MuleSoft integration platform environment. The position is operational in nature and not focused on API development , requiring strong expertise in platform management, troubleshooting, incident resolution, automation, and stakeholder collaboration within a multinational environment.
