Mammography Technologist - Breast Imaging HC3 - Per Diem 8 Hour Days (Non-Exempt) (Union)

As part of the Imaging Services Team, the Mammography Technologist provides support for the radiologist in the performance of high quality breast imaging and provides related work as required. Essential Duties: Organizes, plans and directs activities related to patients and breast imaging procedures for their designated areas. Demonstrates complete working knowledge of all radiographic equipment (i.e,tomosynthesis unit, stereotactic unit) within the department.necessary to perform studies. Demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills and uses film markers properly. Adjust technical factors in proportion to patient age and body part being examined while minimizing radiation.…
