Job Summary: This position is responsible for safely operating, loading, and servicing various types of extruding machinery. This position will be responsible for making adjustments to the equipment to ensure first quality production. *Night Shift Key Responsibilities: Observes machine operations to detect any problems and makes adjustments. Moves machine controls to index workpieces and adjust settings. Perform autonomous maintenance Mounts and positions pelletizer head using hand tools. Blend, extrude, and size plastic pellets Sets and adjusts controls based on specifications. Lifts and positions raw materials manually or with PIT equipment. Repairs or replaces machine parts or notifies supervisors. Feeds materials through machines.…
