Job Summary: Night Shift The Tufting Machine Operator I is responsible for operating and monitoring tufting machinery to produce high-quality artificial turf products in a safe and efficient manner. This position supports production goals by ensuring machine performance, maintaining product quality standards, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed to minimize downtime. This position is for night shift 7pm-7am M-T (May Work on Fridays as needed) Key Responsibilities: Operate a 240-end single-level creel tufting machine to meet daily production requirements and quality standards. Inspect finished turf products to ensure compliance with company specifications and customer requirements.…
