Job Description: The Bartender/Cook is integral to the guest experience. Their main function is to provide immediate attention to all guests for food and beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and food preparation and service) to the guests of the property. The Bartender/Cook will provide food and beverage services at the facility, insuring a high quality service-oriented environment. Essential Job Functions Prepares, serves and garnishes all drinks for customers. Prepares, cooks, garnishes and serves all food items on the grill menu. Maintains all bar and food products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies/utensils. Inventories all food and beverage products for the facility and alerts management to immediate needs.…
