Medical Assistant Manager

This position is responsible for the oversight and direct supervision of Medical Assistants that work with Physicians. This position is responsible for ensuring that staff is efficient, professional and providing exceptional patient service. Ensures daily functions are properly staffed to accommodate patient flow and that operations run smoothly throughout the day. Trains and develops employees to achieve the goals and objectives of the functional areas. The position is responsible to ensure policies and procedures for areas of responsibility are adhered to, monitors performance of staff, and resolves patient care and departmental issues.
