Specialty Nurse Navigator

The Nurse Navigator will help navigate patients and families through the Cancer Service Line and other pertinent clinical services. In collaboration with the Specialty Team, coordinates the care of cancer patients including assisting with the completion of an individualized needs assessment and Pre & Post-Operative appointments. Responsibilities Serves as a patient advocate. Assist as a facilitator for collaboration with multidisciplinary health team members. Focuses on patient satisfaction including timely testing and treatments. Maintains current knowledge and skills specializing in Oncology.
