Job Summary: The Clinical Care Manager-Massachusetts at CareSource/Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) is a community based registered nurse responsible for providing monitoring, follow-up and clinical care management to dually-eligible enrollees with complex medical, behavioral and social care needs.
