업무 커뮤니케이션은 기본적으로 영어로 진행되며, 미국 기반 Leadership / Engineering Team과 함께 일하게 됩니다. 입사 후 6개월 이후에는 US Visa Sponsorship도 검토 가능합니다.
■ 포지션 소개
Cheiron의 프론트엔드 전반을 책임지고 끌어갈 Lead Frontend Engineer를 찾습니다.
Cheiron의 가치는 결국 사용자가 실제로 경험하는 제품에서 완성됩니다. 얼마나 빠르게 반응하는지, AI 결과를 얼마나 신뢰할 수 있게 전달하는지, 복잡한 작업 흐름을 얼마나 자연스럽게 이해시키는지가 모두 프론트엔드 경험에 달려 있습니다. 특히 AI 제품의 프론트엔드는 일반적인 SaaS와 다른 종류의 문제를 다룹니다. 스트리밍 응답, 출처·근거 표시, 멀티스텝 작업 상태, 에러 및 재시도 흐름, 사용자 피드백 루프까지, 사용자가 AI agent를 신뢰하고 실제 업무에 활용할 수 있도록 만드는 인터페이스를 설계하고 구현해야 합니다.
